Returns Policy
Any Southbound product purchased online may be returned for a full refund according to the following terms and conditions:
- Products are returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and packed as they were upon delivery
- The cost of shipping the product back to Southbound will be for the account of the customer
- In the case of an e-bike, it may only be returned if it has logged fewer than 15 kilometres as measured on the bikes display
- There is no visible signs of damage, wear and tear or dirt on the product, and as such it can be sold as new to another customer
- All parts, manuals, battery, keys and any accessories are returned. No partial returns and refunds will be considered
- All refunds will only be processed into the original bank account from which payment was made or collected
- Southbound reserves the right to either refuse a refund and return the product to the customer or make a fair adjustment to the quantum of the refund if these terms and conditions have not been fulfilled
- Treating customers fairly is an overriding principle in processing sales and refunds and as such Southbound will strive to be fair and reasonable in dealing with all requests for a refund
