Returns Policy

Any Southbound product purchased online may be returned for a full refund according to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Products are returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging and packed as they were upon delivery
  2. The cost of shipping the product back to Southbound will be for the account of the customer
  3. In the case of an e-bike, it may only be returned if it has logged fewer than 15 kilometres as measured on the bikes display
  4. There is no visible signs of damage, wear and tear or dirt on the product, and as such it can be sold as new to another customer
  5. All parts, manuals, battery, keys and any accessories are returned. No partial returns and refunds will be considered
  6. All refunds will only be processed into the original bank account from which payment was made or collected
  7. Southbound reserves the right to either refuse a refund and return the product to the customer or make a fair adjustment to the quantum of the refund if these terms and conditions have not been fulfilled
  8. Treating customers fairly is an overriding principle in processing sales and refunds and as such Southbound will strive to be fair and reasonable in dealing with all requests for a refund
